Antibiotics WILL NOT be prescribed over the phone. If you feel your child might need an antibiotic then they will need to be seen by a physician.
If your child is an established patient and has a chronic medical condition requiring ongoing medication (i.e. Asthma, ADHD, Allergies, Eczema) you may request a refill according to the following guidelines:
- Asthma Office Visit every 6 months
- Allergy Office Visit every 12 months
- Skin Disorder Visit every 12 months
- ADHD Visit every 3 months
Or if covered during a WELL CHILD CHECK.
